MEET OUR BUTCHERS

Our skilled butchers have years of experience in the industry and are committed to providing the highest quality of cuts. We take pride in our craft and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and products to our customers. 


We only slaughter animals on Mondays and Fridays. 

Beef hang for 10-14 days depending on size of the carcass.

Hogs and Lambs, we hang 3-5 days.

BEEF PROCESSING

Kill Fee $85

Processing fee $0.95c per pound on hanging weight

3% Discount when pay with cash or check


HOG PROCESSING

Kill Fee $90 

Processing Fee $1.00 per pound on hanging weight 

3% Discount when pay with cash or check


LAMB PROCESSING

Kill and Processing is $150 fee 

3% Discount when pay with cash or check
