LOCAL RAISED BEEF AND PORK

In 1805 our farm in Copper Hill Va was established by Chelsa's ancestor Anthony Poff, and it has been a working farm ever since.  

At one time there was a large orchard, and apples were taken to Roanoke market by horse and buggy.

A few years after we were married, Lauren bought a few cattle and has been working to build the herd ever since. Today the farm is primary a beef cattle operation.

Lauren Margo Yoder, born in 2022, is the ninth generation to grow up on this land, and loves to learn about all things farming.
